At the Ilanka Community Health Center, we offer a range a services for all ages. From sports physicals to cancer screening, our care teams are committed to providing personalized quality health care to the Cordova Community
Outpatient Medical Services
ADULT HEALTH
A well visit is an annual exam with a health care provider. Well visits are important for a person’s physical and mental wellbeing as well as preventative care.
Preventative Health services include well visits, health screenings, and patient counseling.

Prenatal care is the health care received during pregnancy.
Postnatal or postpartum begins immediately after the mother has given birth and lasts up to 6 months. The care during this time frame encompasses both the mother and infant.

- COPD (Chronis Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)
- Arthritis

CHILDREN'S HEALTH
Well child checks are recommended yearly for children 2 and older.
Quantify Remote Care
We are excited to announce Ilanka’s new Enhanced Care Program with Quantify Remote Care. As an extension of Ilanka Community Health Center, Quantify’s team works with your Ilanka Clinic Provider to help you manage your healthcare needs.
Since successful outcomes involve a variety of factors, Quantify also assists with services such as coordinating financial assistance, copay assistance, prescription refills, appointment scheduling, travel, utility assistance, and more.
Nutrition Services
ICHC has a Licensed Nutritionist who works closely with your provider to assist you in your health journey. We also have a Registered Dietitian who visits Cordova quarterly.
Pregnancy Health
ICHC works with the entire family in planning your pregnancy, during your pregnancy, and after your baby is born. Although Cordova does not have labor and delivery services, we will partner with your OB-GYN or midwife to assist you throughout your entire pregnancy.
Laboratory Services
ICHC provides diagnostic testing capabilities for our patients. In house labs include:
- CBC, CMP, ESR, Lipids
- HA1c
- Urinalysis
- Pregnancy, Rapid Strep, Influenza, and Mono
- Lead
- Hemoglobin, Glucose
- INR
- Pre-Employment Drug Screen
- Fit Test
- Occult Stool Test
All other diagnostic laboratory services are collected at ICHC and sent to outside labs for processing.
Ultrasound
ICHC has a traveling Ultrasound technician. This schedule can vary.

ICHC Partners with the Eye Guys and South Central Foundation (SCF) for our optometry needs.
