  • DENR Fisheries Technician III

    The Native Village of is accepting applications for Fisheries Technician III positions for the 2018 season.

    The position is full-time, permanent seasonal.

    This position works at a remote field camp using fishwheels and mark-recapture techniques to estimate the in-river abundance of adult Chinook salmon.

    Applicants are required to have one years’ experience as a DENR Technician II and a Bachelor’s degree with a major in biology, fisheries, or relevant major or have relevant experience. Applicants should have three years’ experience working in the biological sciences.

  • Medical Diagnostic Sonographer

    The Native Village of Eyak’s Ilanka Community Health Center is accepting applications for a Medical Diagnostic Sonographer.

    The position is part time with flexible hours.

    Duties include performing ultrasounds, evaluating image quality and maintaining patient records.

    Applicants are required to hold a minimum of an associate’s degree in medical diagnostic sonography and be registered with ARDMS.

    The Native Village of is accepting applications for an Environmental Technician for the Summer 2018 season.

    The position is full-time, seasonal.

    This position removes hazardous waste with the use of heavy equipment, power tools and hand tools.

    Applicants are required to hold a Class B CDL and a Class A CDL is preferred.

    All applications for the 2018 season will be reviewed on January 31st, 2018.

    The Native Village of Eyak is accepting applications for a housekeeper at the Eyak Inn.

    The position will be as needed and hours will vary based on occupancy.

    Duties include cleaning rooms and common areas.

    High school diploma preferred.  Must pass a background check.
